3 Under 3 - Silver 1

I am having a hard unerstanding the 3 under 3 objective in Silver 1. From what I researched, I understand it to mean to make 3 pips with a 3 pip stop loss. I keep making the 3 pip profit and had one loss at 3.2 pips. So, I reduced my SL to 2 pips. I keep making 3 pip profits. Am I supposed to lose, only for this objective?
