How Do I Convert MQL4 Source File To Code File To Add Custom Indicators

Im trying to add a couple indicators to Alveo. The directions tell you how to do everything but the most important part, how to convert MQL4 source files (the actual mt4 indicator) in a code file so you can add it to Alveo. Please help.
