Resetting Alveo Simulated Accounts

Is there a way to reset a sim acount to 10,000?

you can just create a new one or contact support

you can also use your old beeline accounts but support can not resent them.
or at least they have not previously.

I have had multiple sim accounts reset. Rookie, did they tell you they couldn't?

In their FAQ they said they can't reset beeline accounts. However, they reset my Gold 1 account when I just completed my Gold 1 tasks, therefore I'm not so sure. Perhaps they can reset your beeline accounts only if you don't need to complete beeline tasks anymore?
